In San Francisco’s newly renovated historic Ferry Building, we designed an “urban farm stand” for Frog Hollow Farm. One of the Bay Area’s premier organic fruit orchards, Frog Hollow sells at the weekly farmer’s market and daily at this retail store. In a very confined space, the shop sells pastries baked on-site, coffee, fresh fruit, and preserves through the use of a combination of fixed and movable display carts.
